PRS SFS - Manufacturing Facility

Our state of the art, roll forming machines are housed in our bespoke 30,000 sqft factory. We have two machines producing 100mm stud and one producing 70mm, which, on single shift, provides an annual capacity of in excess of 2.1 million linear metres of precision engineered steel frame. We can manufacture, using a single machine, a standard 3 bed house in 3.5 hours, ready for panelisation and delivery to your site.

Our 100mm stud, creates a weight bearing structure that can be built to 8 storeys without the required integration of additional materials such as HRS. The 70mm stud, creates an effortlessly installed, accurate solution for internal non weight bearing stud work and smaller structures.

In 2024 we established our first commercial partnership to deliver our U.K. designed and manufactured Light Gauge Steel framing system into West Africa.

Together we have ambitiously worked on the efficiency of all aspects our supply and local procurement and the result, secured project contracts in new African Territories for 2025
